[Changelog] suntech protocol

Suntech protocol updated: STT Assigned Headers and ALT Assigned Headers settings [System tab] were added for Suntech ST8310 device type.
Now parsing of S_ASSIGN, M_ASSIGN and L_ASSIGN fields of STT and ALT reports is done according to the device configuration.
