[feature] pin button for left drawer with the list of devices

List of devices in TrackIt got a Pin button 📌, which allows you to pin the left drawer to prevent its automatic closing after each action.

If pinned, the left drawer will not overlay the main page content (map, messages grid etc).
In unpinned state the left drawer will behave as before.

The update is applicable to the desktop 💻 view only.
