[Changelog] flespi MQTT broker

We've added two new event types to the MQTT broker logs. The code 530 (MQTT packet sent) represents CONNACK, SUBACK, and UNSUBACK packets, while the code 531 (MQTT packet received) represents CONNECT, SUBSCRIBE, and UNSUBSCRIBE packets.
