Sinocastel protocol updated: supported EV Cars related PIDs: 0x220F - 0x2214, 0x2242, 0x22D0 - 0x22E0,
0x22E2, 0x22E5 - 0x22ED

Parameters can.engine.rpm.1 (PID 0x220C) and can.engine.rpm.2 (PID 0x220E) are renamed into can.motor.rpm.1 and can.motor.rpm.2 correspondingly.

For backward compatibility old parameters will be registered along with the new ones until 2025-Apr-14.
